E's Recipes: NO-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  ________ 1/2 cup conffectioner sugar /
                              1/2 copo açúcar de confeiteiro

  ________________ 200ml COLD Chantilly cream /
                                                        200ml creme de Chantilly gelado

40 Oreo cookies ___________________
40 Biscoitos Oreo 

450g Cream Cheese  __________________
Take out of the refrigerator 30 mins before.
Retire da geladeira 30mins antes.

1 tsp Vanilla extract ________________
1 c/ de cha
Extrato de Baunilha 

  _________________ 3 tbs of Melted Butter / 
                                                             3 c/ de sopa Manteiga derretida

  • Food processor

  • 2 large mixing bowls

  • 2 plates/bowls

  • Electric mixer

  • ≈9-inch cake pan*
       *Ideally, a spring-form pan or collapsable bottom pan, but any 9-inch pan will work.

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Parchment paper*
           *ideal to use, but the recipe will still work without it
